Whilst every care will be given to animals, they are boarded entirely at your risk
We are authorised to call a veterinary surgeon on your behalf, should we feel it is necessary
Kennel fees commence at 9.00 am on day of arrival
A full day’s fee will be incurred on the day of departure. Please note early collections are none refundable.
Five Oaks Boarding Kennels reserve the right to re-home animals not collected within 15 days of the stated departure date if no communication from the owner, or the owner’s agent, is received, and if efforts to contact the owners fail
No dog will be accepted without a current vaccination certificate
